Hi, my name is Breda, Life isn't always easy, sometimes we experience problems that can cause us to feel stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed. Therapy can help you make sense of your thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.
My approach to counselling and psychotherapy is Integrative which means that I use a range of therapeutic techniques depending upon each individuals needs and what they are experiencing. Each individual is unique and has their own experiences with endless potential and the ability to self-actualize when the right conditions are met.

I am a qualified Counsellor/Psychotherapist with over 10 years' experience and an accredited member of the IACP. I have vast experience of working with people from many different backgrounds with many different issues. The approach I use is Integrative depending on what best suits the client which includes Gestalt (empty chair technique), CBT, Mindfulness, Solution Focused, Psychodynamic, and Person Centered. I feel it is important for clients to have someone listen to them and hear their reality of the challenges they have lived through or are facing.
