Working in the field of psychology has been my lifelong calling, and I believe that I would make a valuable addition to every client's life through my expertise. As a person, I am positive, kind, mindful and jovial. I also love motivating people to find new hopes in life. I have 6 years of work experience from India and UAE leading individuals (Children/Adolescents/Adults), Group and Family counselling sessions. With this unique blend of multicultural work experience and expertise I look forward to helping clients achieve their personal goals and objectives.
I am also trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)/ Behaviour Therapy (BT) Gestalt Therapy/ Art Therapy by a Senior Practitioner and hold Certifications in Intensive Counselling Training, Cognitive Analytical Therapy (CAT) and Study Skills Training for students. Overall, I work with all age groups (O/B 18yrs) and deal with issues such as Learning/ Behaviour/ Anger/ Depression/Fear and Anxiety/Stress/ Death and Loss/ Physical, Verbal, Substance and Sexual abuse/Pornography addiction/ Suicide/ Family related Issues and Relationships. My approach is more of Humanistic and Behaviouristic when it comes to Therapy and I tailor make my therapeutic techniques with my creativity to enhance Client's Well-being.
