My name is Caroline and I am a LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counsellor) from the United States. I am a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the field of mental health. I am accredited by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). Throughout my career, I have dedicated my expertise and compassion to helping children, adolescents, families, and adults overcome various challenges to lead fulfilling lives. With a deep understanding of the complexities of human psychology, I possess a keen ability to establish rapport and create a safe and supportive environment for my clients. I have an empathetic nature and a non-judgmental approach. I allow individuals of all ages to feel heard, understood and validated.

My extensive experience working with children and adolescents has equipped me with a wealth of knowledge in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, low self-esteem, behavioural problems, and academic stress. I utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs, empowering them to develop effective coping strategies and build resilience.
