I will offer you the space and support to help you find insight, understanding and acceptance of your current emotions around life issues; space to clarify what you need and to nurture your sense of empowerment to progression towards finding new ways of coping, personal growth and to enjoying a fulfilling life.
I am a pre-accredited Counsellor working towards accreditation. I have a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy and a Masters in Applied Behaviour Analysis. I adopt an integrative approach to my practice, incorporating elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), and Person Centred Therapy. I have a strong belief that no ‘’one size fits all’’ when it comes to mental health care, and I ensure to adjust my practice to suit each individual.
I believe that each client should be given a space where they feel unconditionally supported by their therapist, I strive to provide this space for all of my clients through empathetic listening and a genuine sense of presence in every session.
