Hi I’m Clodagh. I am a qualified Psychotherapist and Counsellor and a Pre-Accredited member of the National Association For Professional Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I am also a former Nurse with the NHS, England and I have personal experience of living with chronic illness.

I have a person-centred approach to therapy which means that I incorporate different techniques according to the individuals issues. We will work together to unravel why these issues are presenting and how to best deal with them. The ultimate goal is to empower you and equip you with the tools for coping with these issues, both in the short and long term.

Our sessions will provide you with a non-judgemental empathetic space where you can talk at your own pace. The therapeutic relationship will be central to our progress and the mutual respect that we establish will help facilitate you to use this journey for increased self -awareness and growth.

I have experience with the following issues:

Depression & Anxiety

Anger Management

Trauma

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder

Family Issues

Conflict resolution

Disability

Coping with chronic health problems

Grief & Bereavement

Abuse
