My name is Lilli and I am an experienced psychoanalytic psychotherapist accredited by The Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP). I work with both adolescents and adults. I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues relating to interpersonal and relationship difficulties, loss and bereavement, questions on gender and sexuality, and symptoms relating to, for example, personality and eating disorders, trauma, depression, varied expressions of addiction, burnout, self-harm and anxiety. My dedication to continued professional development plays a vital role in my work as a counsellor and psychotherapist.

Speaking with a professional can be transformative at a time when you may be feeling depressed, stressed and anxious in the midst of a crisis, going through a life change and struggling to cope with emotions due to overwhelm. I believe that the non-judgmental, safe and supportive psychotherapeutic space where you can share these experiences and explore your story in its uniqueness, will help you to gain insight into your situation and a better understanding of your mental life. Due to my clinical training, my style is conversational and based on the singular needs of each individual since no two people are the same.

I hold an MSc in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from University College Dublin School of Medicine and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School. I am a fully accredited member of the Irish Forum for Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy (IFPP) and the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP).
