I am a psychotherapist and psychoanalyst. I can offer you a safe and confidential space to discuss and explore your situation and you are free to talk about anything that comes to mind. We can discuss coping strategies for the feelings you are experiencing and also for the practical issues that you may have.

My background is in psychology, cognitive behavioural therapy, and psychoanalytic psychotherapy. I have worked in a variety of settings including a Suicide and Self-Harm Intervention Clinic, a Divorce and Separation Clinic, an Unemployment Clinic, and a Secondary School. I have trained in autism assessment, and I am currently the secretary for the Ethnic Minority SIG with the PSI. I have graduate membership with the PSI, and I am pre-accredited with the APPI. I draw from all of my experience and education to meet you where you are. From there we can figure out what’s right for you going forward.

I work with all age groups and have experience working with many different issues such as depression, anxiety, self-harm, and suicidal ideation. What’s most important is that you feel comfortable speaking about your concerns, and we can begin working from that basis. It can be very daunting to start therapy. You may have reservations or worries about starting. I can support you with all of that. The next step is to get in touch so we can book a session.
